So what is healthy life style? Many would say it is ‘How much fit you are’? How much active you are. But does being active mean we are leading a healthy lifestyle?

When your mind is at peace it works charms, all you need to do is stay away from your phone once you wake up. We all have the habit of checking our phone’s the moment we wake up. We never think how much it impacts our day.
Healthy lifestyle is all about being physically, mentally and emotionally fit. In today’s rat race it gets difficult and very challenging to give our health first priority. We all incline towards achieving our carrier goals at the cost of our own health. By the time realization dawns its too late.
